Merry Cemetery

   Inspired by a strange and funny graveyard from a Romanian village in the Maramures county, the Cimitirul Vesel (Merry Cemetery), a place praised by the National Geographic and countless international newspapers for being the most interesting cemetery in the world.

   The tombs are decorated with colorful, amusing painted epitaphs showing the biographies of the deceased, mostly quirky tales. Lana played with the Merry Cemetery graphics and its absurdly optimistic philosophy to make this collection of digitally printed dresses, jackets, leggings and purses, a cheerful carpe diem message for the fashionistas.
